U.S. May Ban Imports of Beluga Caviar

The United States proposes a ban on imports of Beluga caviar due to over-harvesting in the Caspian Sea, and may put Beluga fish on the endangered species list to stiffen penalties for smugglers. NPR's Eric Niiler reports.
