N. Korea Food Aid

International food aid to N. Korea is drying up, as "donor fatigue" combines with a new phenomenon, "donor fury." Countries are angry about N. Korea's nuclear brinkmanship, and they're withholding food aid as a result. Aid workers say these developments put millions of people at risk of starvation. NPR's Eric Weiner examines the politics of food aid.

UConn easily beat Miami to get to the Final Four title game

The Taliban shut down Afghanistan's only women-run radio station

Sadai Banowan, which means "women's voice" in Dari, is Afghanistan's only women-run station. The Taliban said it was shut down for playing music during the holy month of Ramadan.
