Jittery Americans Brace for Potential Attacks

As the nation prepares in earnest for a potential terror attack, public officials walk a fine line between informing people and generating panic. Bio-terror experts say precautions such as covering windows with plastic sheeting and duct tape are unnecessary for most people and ineffective for others.
