Bradford County Blow-Out Costs Chesapeake more than $250K

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has fined a gas driller more than $500-thousand dollars for three separate violations. Chesapeake Appalachia violated rules protecting streams and wetlands. The Oklahoma City-based driller was also fined for one of the state's most high-profile incidents.
