Home Values Rise As Borrowers Sink Deeper

The real estate market continues to recover but homeowners at the bottom of the market are sinking deeper.

A new report by real estate database Zillow shows that in 21 of the 50 biggest U.S. cities, the number of homeowners who owe more on their home than it is worth is increasing, especially in the Midwest and the South.
