Last week the National Council on Teacher Quality (NCTQ) released a roadmap to enhance teacher effectiveness in Pittsburgh Public Schools. The report was commissioned by the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh and A+ schools. Joining us to address how teachers in Pittsburgh and the commonwealth can improve is Kate Walsh, CEO of the National Council on Teacher Quality.
