'Emerge Pennsylvania' Encourages Women To Run For Office

Rep. Pam Snyder
Representative Pam Snyder is one of several woman starting a new program that trains Democratic women in Pennsylvania how to run a successful campaign.

Pennsylvania does not get high marks when it comes to women in political office. There are no women in the entire Congressional delegation, and the commonwealth has never elected a female governor or U.S. Senator.

Some Pennsylvania’s state representatives are bringing a program to train Democratic women to run for office to the Keystone State. Joining us with a preview of the program is Rep. Pam Snyder.
