The process for drawing Pennsylvania’slegislative districts has been highly criticized among political scientists and many state leaders. They contend that the districts are becoming more partisan, swinging favor to GOP candidates. Senator JohnWozniak (D-Cambria) is introducing a plan to change the way the Commonwealth redistricts.
