Continuing our tour around the world, the Pittsburgh Irish Festival is in town as well, running from September 11th-13th. The festival will take place at the Riverplex by Sandcastle. Come on down for some great music, featuring a performance from The Red Hot Chili Pipers. You haven’t heard classic rock covers until you have heard them on bagpipes. There will also be lots activities and food vendors on hand.
September 12th is the Great American Water Balloon Fight, which benefits Team Tassy, an organization that works to eliminate global poverty. Battle your loved ones at Schenley Plaza in Oakland in this epic fight.
A Fair in the Park runs from September 11th- 13th at Mellon Park. Come out to enjoy these last days of summer and check out the vendors, art, food and entertainment.
Strip District World Music Festival runs from September 11th- 13th. Come down to the strip to enjoy food, fun and music from around the world. There will be plenty of food booths, games and activities for kids and sidewalk sales!
Join the Mattress Factory for Breakfast in Bed, a 21+ brunch at the Mattress Factory Museum. Enjoy Wigle Whiskey Bloody Mary bar, Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream and the Second Breakfast Truck on Sunday September 13th.
