Help our neighbors in need this winter! Guardian Storage will be accepting toy donations at our Monroeville Rt. 22 location from November 1 to December 1 in partnership with Jaden’s Catering. Donations will be accepted at 4711 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, PA 15146 during standard office hours.
Also, throughout the month of November, you can drop off gently used or new coats and new socks at any Guardian Storage near you to spread warmth in our communities.

Global Links works to improve health locally and globally, and values people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to help make a meaningful contribution. Our Holiday Family Volunteer Day Series will offer four different events during the first two Saturdays in December. This provides a meaningful way for families with children of all ages and abilities to celebrate the holiday season together by giving of themselves. Families will learn about Global Links' work while volunteering to sort and pack medical supplies for communities with need. Join us in this fun, supportive and educational environment and have a profound impact together.

More about the position:The positions offer a 72/80 work schedule (multiple shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., and 11: 30 a.m. to midnight (with rotational holiday coverage). Employees in 72/80 schedules work 72 hours per pay period (three 12-hour shifts per week) but are paid for 80 hours per pay period. Employees in 72/80 schedules are still considered full time for benefits purposes and receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 72 hours per pay period.

Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.

Tickets sales and community sponsor contributions will support our organization’s efforts to support visual artists through our live/work residency program, public gallery and web-magazine, The Bunker Review.
Now entering our 11th year of operation, Bunker is doubling down on investing in the people that make this space vibrant and authentic. By offering free residencies and paying artists to exhibit and publish work, we are pursuing our mission of a well-supported and an economically viable future for artists and art workers in Pittsburgh.
