Comfort food, homemade meatballs in particular, have been very popular this winter.

“People love meatballs. We’re seeing meatballs come back onto menus at Cure, at East Squared, at A Modern Kitchen...but if you go to the Meatball Joint you can have five-hundred-and-thirty-something combinations of meatballs. It’s kind of amazing.”
