Some residents in a small Pennsylvania town say plastic bags were left on their lawns that contained rocks, lollipops and a flier seeming to advertise for the Ku Klux Klan.

The flier read: "Are there troubles in your neighborhood? Contact the Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan today."

PennLive reported Monday that police estimate the leaflets arrived at between 10 and 15 homes over the weekend in Coudersport, about 120 miles northwest of Harrisburg near the state border. The borough has a population of about 2,500.

The flier depicts a hooded figure and an American flag. It states "You can sleep tonight knowing the Klan is awake."

A voice mailbox for a number labeled "24-hour Klanline" included on the message is full.
