Many Pittsburgh residents took advantage of the morning sunshine Friday, as the region entered the yellow phase of Gov. Tom Wolf's plan to reopen Pennsylvania.

Across the city, usually wearing masks, shoppers entered stores for the first time in weeks under new health and safety guidelines.
