Israel Criticized for Barring Palestinians from Peace Talks

British officials criticize the Israeli decision to forbid Palestinian leaders from traveling to London for a Mideast conference. The decision followed Sunday's double suicide bombing that killed nearly two dozen in Tel Aviv. NPR's Bob Edwards talks to Gary O'Donoghue of the BBC.
