Elaine Labalme

Elaine Labalme is a fully cultured pioneer of the United States. After leaving her Wall Street job in 1994, Labalme traveled the U.S. writing about her experiences from eating out in New Orleans to relaxing in spas and resorts such as Nemacolin.
