It wouldn’t be surprising if people heeded that advice in light of the recent cold snap. Where better to escape than a nice warm beach?

Labalme has developed a list of quiet beaches in Florida that are perfect for winter getaways, like Vilano beach near St. Augustine.
"It's this really long stretch of sand... I've often run on that beach, thrown the Frisbee, it's good to be active on that beach. But yet you can also sit on your lounge and just read, and not many people are going to pass by as you hang out."
