Jordan Miles Verdict
The eight member jury in the Jordan Miles civil lawsuit found three Pittsburgh Police officers guilty of falsely arresting the CAPA High School student, but not excessive force. University of Pittsburgh law professor David Harris joins us to explain the jury's decision.
