Congresswoman Barbara Lee is the 2015 Thomas Merton Award winner and will be honored at a dinner tonight in Pittsburgh. She is known as a forceful and progressive voice who was the only member of either house of Congress to vote against the authorization of the use of force following the September 11, 2001 attacks.
