A medical marijuana conference will be taking place in Pittsburgh this weekend. Headlining the event is former NFL running back Ricky Williams. As the conference gets underway, a year after the state legalized medical marijuana, we’ll discuss what it has meant for Pennsylvania with Ben Schmitt of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and Charlie Deitch, editor of the Pittsburgh City Paper.
