Some Churchill residents and community groups staged a protest on Monday against a proposal to build an Amazon warehouse in the borough.Over the course of 14 meetings and 57 hours of hearings and public comment, residents who oppose the development shared concerns that it could increase traffic and air pollution in the neighborhood. Those who support the development say it could help bring much-needed revenue to the region.The Churchill Borough Council is expected to vote on the proposal before the end of the month.
