Preview of 9-11 Panel's Report on Terrorism

NPR senior Washington, D.C., editor Ron Elving gives NPR's Madeleine Brand a preview of the report from the panel investigating the government's response to terrorism before and after the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. The report is scheduled to be released Thursday.
