Mystery Cat on the Prowl in Simi Valley

A large exotic cat is on the loose in the Simi Valley region north of Los Angeles. Officials believe the animal could be a lion or a tiger. NPR's Madeleine Brand speaks with Patrol Captain Roland Takayama of the California Department of Fish and Game.
