PASSHE Chancellor Frank Brogan
Frank Brogan is Chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) system. He leads the organization as the state system faces declining enrollments, stagnant state support, and tuition issues. He joins us for a discussion of how he’s meeting these challenges.

Thursday marks the beginning of the 6th annual Kinks, Locks & Twists: Environmental and Reproductive Justice conference. New Voices Pittsburgh: Women of Color for Reproductive Justice coordinates the event and facilitates conversations focused on health, wellness, and the environment as they pertain to communities of color. LaTasha D. Mayes, Founder and Executive Director of New Voices Pittsburgh joins us to talk about the evolution of this conference and its connection to the community. We’ll also talk with Ashlee Davis, Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Civil Rights for the USDA, one of the guest speakers.
