Reducing Falls Among PA's Elderly

We’ve all seen or heard some comic take on the commercial of the elderly woman who takes a fall and can’t get up. However, falls among the elderly are no laughing matter. Also taking part in the discussion is Lois Shelton, R.N., M.S.N., the nurse for the state Department of Aging who coordinates the Health Steps for Older Adults program statewide.
