Pittsburgh zine culture is having a renaissance this Sunday with the 3rd Annual Pittsburgh Zine Fair. Popularized in the '90s before the advent of the Internet, zines are self-published magazines distributed on a small scale that are a perfect form of self-expression for their creators. The tabling expo will feature the works of more than 50 artists and writers showcasing their works. General admission for the event is completely free, and the fair features a zine-reading nook and a drop-in zine-making workshop to let you get involved in the experience. The 3rd Annual Pittsburgh Zine Fair comes to the Union Project this Sunday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
