Plans for Interim Iraqi Authority Put on Hold

U.S. authorities in Baghdad announce that a conference to choose an interim Iraqi government will not take place until July. Many Iraqi politicians had expected the event to occur a month earlier. Meanwhile, Iraqi civil servants will soon get paid as the value of the dinar rises. Hear NPR's Christopher Joyce and NPR's Nick Spicer.
