Iraq Power Transfer Comes Two Days Early

NPR's Emily Harris, reporting from Baghdad, talks with NPR's Alex Chadwick about Monday's transfer of sovereignty in Iraq. The transfer took place two days ahead of schedule, during a small and heavily guarded ceremony in the city's "green zone."
