Rob Owen
TV & Current Events ContributorRob Owen is TV Editor for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He previously worked as TV/Radio writer at the Times Union in Albany, NY, and as a features writer at the Times-Dispatch in Richmond, Va. While at the Times-Dispatch, Owen helped create "inSync," a section for teen readers. Owen wrote the book Gen X TV: The Brady Bunch to Melrose Place, which was published in hardcover by Syracuse University Press in February 1997. The paperback edition was published in March 1999. Owen's work has also appeared in NetGuide magazine, he is a member of the Television Critics Association and a native of Vienna, Va. (last stop on D.C.'s Metro subway Orange line in the heart of Fairfax County). He is a 1993 graduate of Syracuse University. Rob Owen tweets under the handle @RobOwenTV.
