The police killing of a Monroe County teenager is under renewed scrutiny.

The lawsuit accuses troopers of using excessive force and the district attorney of misleading the public in connection with the December 2020 killing of Christian Hall.

Activists and Hall’s family are holding vigils in Pittsburgh and more than a dozen locations to remember the 19-year-old’s life and show officials they will not forget about his death.
