Yates Wins Appeal Due to Non-Existent 'Law and Order' Show

NPR's Madeleine Brand speaks with CNN legal correspondent Jeffrey Toobin about a successful legal appeal for convicted child killer Andrea Yates. The Texas woman, who was convicted of drowning her five children, won her appeal in part because of a television crime series. Prosecutors accused the woman of copying murders of children seen on an episode of Law and Order -- but such an episode never existed.
