Milwaukee residents have reported seeing what looks like lion strolling through the city’s neighborhoods. More than a dozen phone calls came in over the weekend to report sightings. There have been no reports of injuries.
It’s not clear where the animal came from – the Milwaukee County Zoo has accounted for all of its lions. Here & Now’s Robin Young speaks with Marti Mikkelson, a reporter for WUWM Milwaukee Public Radio, about the large cat seen around the city.
