View from the Lone Star State: SCOTUS upholds abortion ban but allows for challenges from providers

The Supreme Court says it will allow abortion providers to continue their legal challenge to an abortion law in Texas. The law, which bans most abortions in the state after about six weeks of pregnancy, will remain in effect.
