The phone isn’t a new invention, but the rules around how we use our phones are constantly changing, especially as younger generations shy away from making traditional calls or leaving voicemails.

Washington Post technology reporter Heather Kelly joins host Robin Young to give us tips about telephone etiquette and help avoid phone faux pas.
