Iraq Government Looks to End Impasse in Najaf

The interim Iraqi government has sent a delegation to Najaf for talks with radical Shiite cleric and insurgent leader Muqtada al-Sadr, looking for a peaceful resolution to the current standoff with U.S.-led forces. NPR's Alex Chadwick discusses the situation with Los Angeles Times reporter Ed Sanders, who spoke with Iraqi government delegates as they traveled to the Islamic holy city.
