WESA Celebrates - Jeremiah's Place
Three years ago pediatrician Dr. Lynne Williams met a little boy named Jeremiah. He was placed in her parent’s foster home with severe medical troubles after his mother wasn’t caring for him. His plight led Dr. Williams to create Jeremiah’s Place, a crisis nursery where children from birth up to age six can go for a few days while their family is dealing with any kind of crisis. Jeremiah’s Place is profiled in this week’s edition of WESA Celebrates.
