State Treasurer Rob McCord may not be the front runner for the Democratic nomination for governor of Pennsylvania, but he's right up with the lead pack. While he has yet to receive the party's official nomination, McCord has emerged as the party's de facto nominee. He joins us in studio to discuss where he stands on the issues.
